My Approach
I have product centric approach, placing the brand at the heart of everything I do. I firmly believe that, in a fashion business, everything should start with the product. I build range plans and budgets from the bottom up, starting with the product, and product strategy, first.
I see my role as one that balances the creative and commercial. My remit encompasses both, and my core aim is to protect brand identity whilst driving revenue growth.
I pride myself on working collaboratively and I have a positive leadership style. I integrate easily within a team to work with founders, boards, and existing employees, both on a strategic and a day-to-day level.
